7-Day Return Window
If you are not satisfied with the fit or style of a frame or non-prescription sunglasses, you can initiate a return within 7 days of delivery. The item must be:
Strictly Non-Refundable
All custom lenses — Single Vision, Blue-Cut, Anti-Glare, Progressives, etc. — are cut and shaped specifically to your prescription. Because these lenses are a medical device personalised for your eyes, they cannot be resold.
The cost of prescription lenses is strictly non-refundable under any circumstance.
Frame + Prescription Pair Returns
If you return a complete pair of prescription glasses simply because you didn't like the frame, we will process a partial refund:
Full Replacement at No Cost
If your eyewear arrives damaged or if there is an error in the prescription from our end, we take full responsibility.
To claim a replacement, share an unboxing video showing the shipping label + defect while raising the ticket.
